   Well, they cain’t have the local police forces git any ammo, can they? They might be thinkin’ that they should obey the constitution! Not to mention, they might be unwilling to shoot innocent, recalcitrant folks who still think they got some kinda human rights. Even worse, these cops might not be willing to round up folks to be shipped off to indefinite detention centers when the financial, Fukushima shit hits the fan. Nope, gotta save the ammo for the privatized police and army who won’t squawk when the boss saves, “shoot to kill”.

Imprison all of my friends for dime bags and other stupid selfish agendas and looks like I will get to see you all burn in hell. Dont worry, you could not get it right if you tried real hard. This is your big mistake, of wanting it all for yourself.

They have no history and so they lie and lie and lie some more. This country will never wake up before it is too late. Soooo just suck it up and get ready for the next big dissappointment. Your oligarchs will eventually drop a nuke on this god awful stink hole to get rid of some of the stench. Bunch of loser ass nut casses, drunks and facist cops want sympathy. What a fkin joke and it gets better everyday. I cant wait to wake up and see the latest freak shows. I am on my way to see Marlin Wayans new movie just to calm down a little from all this laughter. I am about to bust a gut seriously. I just love to rip into these freaks. If more people would speak some reality, and stop this wimpy language of politically correct and white washed ideals place truth into this equation it would come tumbling down overnight. Thats never going to happen so hold on for your dear life cause things are about ton get real ugly. All because of your inability to share the spoils. If we had leveled the playing field back in the 50′s when blacks were coming out for freedom from opression then none of us would be in this position and this coversation would never occured anywhere in the universe. You cant have it both ways so make a choice and take your head out of the duality, split personality game. If the cops cant solve crime problems with all the ammo they have had for hundreds of years, then what makes you see anything different about them getting more ammo.    they receive tons of money to fight the drug war and lock up young black men. Use some of that money for their ammo, maybe some young blacks can finally have some time out of jail for nickle bags of marijuana and police corruption. What is it about police corruption dont you get. Some ppl just want it their way and have nothing useful to say or any relevant opinions about anything. Even if I am wrong I do have a voice or is the 1st ammendment just BS. What the world is a feller. What language is that. As soon as I get used to english and learning spanish here is some other ranting about feller. You really put your foot in your mouth with this feller stuff. Besides I like to rant, I could give Alex Jones a run for his money. Corrupt cops do not need ammo. Mr Obummer is on the job with this one. He shoved healthcare down your throat so what makes you and me think there is going to be any change. Grow up friend it is over for this shit hole country.    In support of Plucassf501:

   Funnily enough, Alex Jones gets a mention here in regard to ranting and raving. Exactly my thoughts at the time of viewing his recent infamous interview.
   Yet he was supported by others who saw the sense in what he was saying in amongst the rant, and took into account the incitement of that reaction.

   Here we have the same situation.
   Ranting and raving does not mean the content is incorrect or irrelevant. Just as a person who sometimes tells lies may still sometimes tell the truth. Or, someone you personally don’t like might create intelligent and true messages.

   The ranting and raving does, however, create a negative impression on most people.

   My main point is – listen to the message and decide if the message is meaningful and relevant. Don’t “kill” the messenger for an emotional outburst or for any other reason.

   We are all human (presumably), and our opinions are all deserving of respect. HOWEVER, disrespect, as in this case, is earned by active involvement in violence, in particular where the violence is gross and extensive AND falsely “justified” by lies, false “flags” and in fact for no reason other than motivations of greed and power.

   In these cases, it is very difficult to restrain one’s emotions from influencing our arguments, or our presentation of them. A reason for the rant and rave becomes a reasonable justification.

   Another “acceptable” reason for emotional excess is when the protagonist is being completely non-receptive to reason, truth and logic. Makes me angry!

   The question then is – how does one deal with their anger? And that is another story!

   Plucass deserves respect and we should enjoy his entertaining style and comments.

     Thank you Ken, my feelings as well.
     Plucass brings much great information to this site and we support him as well.

     As for Alex Jones, his “ranting” was just showing the frustration with the gun grabbers and the use of the Sandy Hook shootings to promote gun control. We might not agree with everything one says but information that makes sense is important here. No one has a complete lock on truth.

   Here are some historical rants that make absolutly no sense at all. Napoleon Bonaparte’s famous remark that “history is a set of lies that people have agreed upon,” there’s little doubt that myths, misconceptions and outright fabrications have often shaped our understanding of the past. Legends have become so ingrained that they overshadow the actual facts of a historical figure’s life. All these are fabricated lies, or myths.

   1. Abner Doubleday (for inventing baseball)

   Abner Doubleday was a Civil War general and abolitionist who famously ordered the first Union shots in defense of Fort Sumter. But while he had a distinguished military career, Doubleday is more commonly remembered for inventing baseball—even though he did no such thing.
   2. Lady Godiva (for her naked horseback ride)
   While this story has become the stuff of legend—a tailor who spied on Godiva even inspired the phrase “peeping Tom”—scholars agree that the nude horseback ride probably never happened. Godiva certainly existed, but most histories mention her as simply the wife of an influential nobleman. In fact, the complete Godiva myth didn’t even appear until the 13th century, 200 years after the ride supposedly occurred.
   3. Nero (for fiddling while Rome burned) But while Nero was certainly no saint—he reportedly ordered the murder of his own mother during his rise to power—the story of his fiendish fiddling is likely exaggerated. A further strike against the legend is that the fiddle would not even be invented for several hundred years. If Nero played any instrument while Rome burned—which remains up for debate—it would most likely have been a cithara, a kind of lyre.
   4. Marie-Antoinette (for “Let them eat cake”)
   When she was informed that her people were starving from lack of bread, the 18th-century French queen Marie-Antoinette is said to have quipped, “Then let them eat cake. There is almost no evidence that Marie-Antoinette ever uttered those words.
   The phrase first appeared in reference to a “great princess” in the philosopher Jean-Jacques Rousseau’s book “Confessions,” which was written in early 1766. If Rousseau were indeed referring to Marie-Antoinette, it would mean she was only 10 years old and not yet a queen.
   5. Joseph-Ignace Guillotin (for inventing the guillotine) To put a stop to the brutal ax beheadings and hangings used in state executions, in 1789 he proposed to the French National Assembly that a more humane and painless method be developed. Guillotin acting in a managerial role, the plans for what became the guillotine were then drafted by a surgeon named Antoine Louis, who modeled the device on similar machines found in Scotland and Italy. Guillotine had neither designed nor built the apparatus, it still eventually became known—much to his disgust—as the guillotine. Another popular claim states that Guillotin was later beheaded by the guillotine during the French Revolution, but this too is a myth.
   6. George Washington Carver (for inventing peanut butter)

   George Washington Carver was an American scientist and inventor famous for creating alternative food products and farming methods. But while Carver’s many innovations earned him comparisons to Leonardo da Vinci, the erroneous belief that he invented peanut butter has stuck in the popular imagination.
   Carver was indeed a peanut pioneer—he is reputed to have found over 300 uses for the legume during his career—but he wasn’t the first person to create peanut butter. In truth, evidence of peanut-based pastes can be found in South America as far back as 950 B.C. Meanwhile, modern peanut butter substances were first patented in 1884 by Marcellus Edson—who referred to it as “peanut-candy”—and later by John Harvey Kellogg, who unveiled a process for creating peanut butter in 1895. While he eventually became its most famous advocate, Carver did not begin his own experiments on the peanut until 1903.
   7. Betsy Ross (for making the first American flag)
   One of American history’s most persistent legends involves Betsy Ross, a Philadelphia seamstress who supposedly made the first American flag.
   While versions of this story continue to be taught in American classrooms, most historians dismiss it as a tall tale. Newspapers from the time make no reference to Ross or the meeting, and Washington never mentioned her involvement in creating the flag. In fact, the Ross legend didn’t even make its first appearance until 1870, when her grandson, William Canby, related it to the Historical Society of Pennsylvania. But outside of showing affidavits from family members, Canby never produced any convincing evidence to support his claim. It’s true that Betsy Ross made American flags in the late 1770s, but the tale of her very first flag is likely untrue.
