It’s a done deal.
Governor Cuomo, along with Democrat and Republican legislators, is ramming through a bill to restrict gun ownership, re-classify weapons in order to ban them—and, in a far-reaching move, create psychiatrists as cops who must report patients to law-enforcement, in order to keep the patients from owning a weapon.
Psychiatrists must report patients “who could potentially harm themselves or others.” If such a patient owns a gun, it will be confiscated.
This means a comprehensive data base, accessible by law-enforcement personnel and anyone else involved in doing background checks These “problematic” patients will be kept from buying a new weapon, too. Otherwise, the law would have no teeth.
As usual, the devil is in the details. Psychiatrists will err on the side of caution and report many patients. No shrink wants to blink into television cameras after one of his patients has just shot his father.

Cuomo is acting like a complete criminal stooge, of course, but politically, he has to do this. It is the job he was elected to do. He is governor of the State of New York, where most of the financial crimes have occurred and where most of his wealthy, criminal supporters reside. It is the situs of the New York Fed, where Geithner and his cronies committed unspeakable financial crimes against the Republic. It is also the situs of most of the TBTF banks, which have engaged in worldwide fraud and criminality, asset stripping the American people. And the people know this. He is simply channeling the fear and hysteria which the heathens on Wall Street express as a consequence of their crimes and their well-founded belief that the rest of the country will attempt to mete out justice themselves, if justice is not provided otherwise.
The first step in this approach was for the White Collar Criminal and 911 Obstructor of Justice, Michael Bloomberg, using the NYPD as his personal Pinkerton force, to beat on and criminally assault the protestors who came to New York (and other cities) for the Occupy Wall Street demonstrations. Bloomberg and other financial criminals calculated that if he/they could have any number of NYPD officers, working privately for Wall Street Banks (those notorious Pinkerton white shirts, not to be confused with the brown shirts of Nazi Germany), assault and commit horrendous criminal acts of violence against the child protestors who dared not fight back, that somehow that would cow the rest of the people and have them stand down. Perhaps in part. And in part, they partially awoke the sleeping giant.
The second stage of this assault against the American people began with the long line of false flag psyop criminal murders, all evidenced by protypical gladio-style protocols in the case of Jared Loughner (Arizona), Aurora Colorado, The Sikh Temple in Wisconsin and most recently, the Newtown Connecticut mass murders. As corrupt as these acts were, to now use these criminal offenses as the rationale behind the unconstitutional executive orders designed to abrogate the second amendment is simply over the top. Cuomo knows all of this (he is, remember, the son of Mario Cuomo and the divorced husband of Kerry Kennedy, daughter of Robert F. Kennedy, whose brother John and he were murdered by intelligence blackops using similar false flag/psyop tactics).
But now, as a consequence of people beginning to understand the level these criminals will go to avoid the jurisprudential equivalent of the “hanging noose”, they have intoned their paid stooges, Governor Andrew and the socalled POTUS, among others, to attack the second amendment and take defensive weapons out of the hands of the many victims of the financial crimines which occurred under their watch and by those whose actions they seek to protect.
But alas, it does not work, as the sleeping giant has clearly awakened and the endgame, which they thought was theirs, ironically falls out of their grip.
